My coaching work is grounded in more than 25 years in professional services – including nearly two decades at BCG, where I worked with large international corporations. 

I listen carefully and empathetically – and I also bring my own experience and perspective. When it is useful, I offer direct advice. My goal is to be a genuine sparring partner.
